Khamenei Clarifies: I only Want to Kill Israelis, Not Jews

It what could pass as a satirical statement, Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei clarified on Wednesday that when he says he wants to impose a "final solution" on Israel, he doesn't mean that he wants to kill all Jews worldwide. He only wants to kill the seven million Jews living in Israel.

“Eliminating the Zionist regime doesn’t mean eliminating Jews. We aren’t against Jews. It means abolishing the imposed regime & Muslim, Christian & Jewish Palestinians choose their own govt & expel thugs like [Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu,” Khamenei wrote on his Twitter account.

The saddest thing about his pathetic clarification is that some people will take him seriously. There will be journalists and foreign policy experts who see his statement and claim that he doesn't really hate Jews. It just so happens that nearly half of the world's Jews live in Israel, and he wants to destroy Israel.
