Blinken: 'Path to Diplomacy Is Open' to Genocidal Iran

In what may be an ominous sign, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the “path to diplomacy is open” to Iran

Reuters reports that Blinken told an interviewer, “The path to diplomacy is open right now. Iran is still a ways away from being in compliance. So we’ll have to see what it does.”

Blinken also said that the US will reenter the nuclear deal with the genocidal Islamic tyranny if Iran complies with the terms of the deal.

“The president’s been very clear publicly, repeatedly, about where we stand. And we’ll see what, if any, reaction Iran has to that,” he said.

“At some point, presumably, if there’s going to be any engagement on this, that would have to require diplomacy,” he added. “That’s what we’re in the business of.”
