Bibi Pays Tribute to Rush Limbaugh: 'Great Friend of Israel'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu paid tribute on Thursday to the late talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

Limbaugh, who promoted and, in some ways, led the American conservative movement for decades, died Wednesday at 70 from lung cancer.

Netanyahu tweeted on his official Twitter account, “I send my heartfelt condolences to the family of Rush Limbaugh.”

“He was a great friend of Israel and he stood by us through thick and thin, always firm, never wavering,” he said.

“We shall miss him dearly,” Netanyahu concluded.
